If anybody else is planning on running the above race as part of their pre London training, please let me know, as we can cut down on our carbon footprint and cost, by car sharing.

Frampton-on-Severn Community Centre, Lake Lane, Frampton-on-Severn. Near M5 junction 13. Turn off A38 ½ mile south of Whitminster roundabout (next to M5 J13) to Frampton-on-Severn. After 1½ miles, turn right 200 yards before canal bridge (sign-posted “Community Centre”).
Entry Fee: £12.00 attached (i.e. a member of a UK Athletics affiliated Club) / £14.00 unattached. £1.00 extra on day

Gwent league February 9th. As a running club, we had seven Roadents running in surprisingly sunny conditions for Brecon . There were 193 finishers
First Roadent home was Peter Coles in 38.26 13th he was closely followed by Nick frost 39.20 20th,
- Andy Baker 42.40 62nd.
- Phil Meyler 44.28 98th
- Lee Davies 45.04
- 104th, CoCo 47.50 129th
- Brian Gough 49.47 151st.

Cardiff 10k Love Run 9th February 2008 368 Finishers
Conditions were near perfect for this years Love Run.
Michael Harrington made easy work of it winning the race in 34.21.
This was a great time cosidering he had to dodge around the many walkers and their dogs and the fact the course was long at 6.54 miles.
There were four Roadents running
Andy Davies 43.45 14th, Ann Davies 55.32 150th, Paula James 61.30 252nd, Rhian Hopkins 62.14 264th.
