Well done to Lliswerry on another great run, nice to see a quality Tech T-Shirt.
For some reason Brian Gough is not showing in the results, Despite this Brain finished just behind Dean in 56 minutes, a great result at the young age of 70.
There were 430 finishers and we had 17 Roadents taking part.

First Roadent home was Jason Scanlon 5th in 43.54 followed by Peter Coles 7th 43.59 1st vet 45, Daniel Bodman 13th 45.59, Steve Hooper 27th 47.51, Phil Meyler 97th 54.08, Laurence Pole 121st 56.11, Richard Day 123rd 56.17, Dean Birt 132nd 56.47, Brian Gough 56.58 1st vet 70 ,CoCo 165th 58.19, Rob Ford 211th 60.58, Stephanie Davies 223rd 61.57 pb, Lee Sutherland 305th 67.14, Elaine Diosi 391st 77.11, Helen Welsh 406th 78.42. Dan Saxton 397th 77.40, Kath Duggan 423rd 81.28.
We were 2nd Mens Team.
A fantastic turn out by the club, showing we are still one of the best in Wales.
Well done to everyone who took part, especially to Jason, Pete and Dan who had a great battle up the front.

If any club member would like to participate in this years race they can as long as they
can find a suitable replacement to help out on the day (as per previous practice), their
replacement must be an adult and capable of performing any task asked of them.
If you are interested in running please either have a word with myself on a training night
or add a comment on the website. To enter the race, you can complete a entry form and
pass to myself on any training night, but please remember if we are short of members
to perform duties on the day, you will be asked to help out and refunded any monies paid.

Yes it’s that time again, the Gwent League resumes in just a few weeks at Brecon.
We will once again need everyone to come along and take part.

Please note that Club Membership is now due, please see Rob Phillips or Nick Pounder
in his absence. This years membership has dropped to £20.00, but if you want to renew
your AAW membership you can collect a form from Rob but you will need to pay this
fee yourself, the cost is £15.00 but if you enter races on a regular basis it is well
worthwhile, as there is a £2 reduction on the race for for being an affilliated athlete.
