Cardiff 5k Park Run 24th March 2012

Good to see a few more Roadents taking part on this beautiful sunny morning.

A first appearance for Nick Pounder and Fiona, a huge well done to Fiona great to see you having a go.

Carl and Jan who have both improved so much in recent months were going for new PBs and they didn’t disappoint Jan knocking 28 secs off and Carl a massive 1min 25 secs.  

Stephanie Davies who is finally getting some training in managed a seasons best , with pappa Andy also managing a seasons best.

    is anyone running this saturday? if so…could we share lifts? i don’t mind driving…but not sure exactly where to park and where it is! about time i did another race….

    Ross me and Steph are going down Saturday, can pick you up around 8.10 at the end of the estate by Nantgarw, don’t forget to register online at parkrun.com and print your barcode off. Not in club this week just confirm on here if you still need a lift.

    Hi Andy, that would be great. I registered online ages ago as a member of my other club but changed my details yesterday so should be good to go. I’ll park up near the cinema and will wait by the roundabout where we usually turn right to run towards taffs well.
