This year i have changed it a bit so any feedback at the end of the year would be helpful.
There will be 1 road championship for men and women which will incorporate races from 1 mile up to the marathon. The off road championship will remain roughly the same as last year.

The final results for the off road,short and long course championships are all on the website now. Well done to everyone who took part. The first championship race for 2013 will be the Liswerry 8 on January 27th.

Ive just seen that the self transcendance 2,3,4 mile series is cancelled for this year. The 3 ssafa 5k races will now be used for the short course championship. The first one is next wednesday 16th may,then wednesday june 20th and wednesday 25th july. 7:30pm start £5 entry registration at blackweir tavern,north road,cardiff.
For the off road championship the new race around the loop will replace the llanwonno race.
