Transcendence 3×1 mile Relay 23rd July 2010

This is a real fun event for everyone to take part in, so what ever pace your running come along and join in.
As I am away next week It’s important you leave your name so that I can put the Teams together.
Lets see if we can beat last years total Teams, See you all on the night Andy D.

Cosmeston Relays 14th July 2010

If you want to run please leave your name, then we can start putting the Teams together.
Six Teams have been entered so far, theres still room for more. This is a great Team event, each runner runs the 3 mile course and then tags the next runner. Lots of support for everyone.

Llanwonno Forestry Races 2010 Results

A great turn out from the club as we had the first five runners to finish, we aslo won the 1st male and female Team prize.
An excellent run from Daniel Bodman, gave him a some what suprise victory over his fellow club mates for the first time.
Daniel took victory in 29.32 and was closely followed by Jason Scanlon 2nd 29.38, Leigh Hiscox 3rd 30.03, Nick Frost 4th and 1st vet 40 30.35, Steve Pritchard 5th 30.49. Other Roadents running were Lee Davies 22nd 35.14, Richard Day 23rd 36.18, CoCo 28th 37.21, Nick Pounder 30th 37.29, Brian Gough 32nd 37.51, Russel Brown 36th 39.01,
