Here we have a list of start times for the Handicap this Thursday, they are subject to change, as you will all appreciate it is difficult to anticipate actual finishing times. If we do not have a time to work on for you, then you will be penalised at the start,this is only fair to the runners we can get an average pace for.
If your name is not below, it will be added on the night, there will be a prize for 1st 2nd and 3rd.

HAYTOR HELLER 6 MILE OFF ROAD
There is an off road race in Dartmoor on the 21st July.
Entries will need to be sent soon, as the race reached it’s limit early in 2010 and 2011.
If there is enough interest we may make it a Club weekend.

On Thursday the 2nd February there will be a Club Handicap Race, the course will be the usual one down around Taffs Well.
Following the Handicap we will be meeting as usual in the Upper Boat Pub, we will then be giving awards out for 2011, these include club championship, most improved runner, club person of the year.
Could everyone please make an effort to attend.

Saturday 10th December Club Party at Hawthorn Leisure Centre.
Next year the club will once again be taking part in the Man V Horse.
Regional Cross Country Builth Wells..
December Races include- Pudding Race entries now closed, Nos Galon entries available online, Glynneath 5, Old Father Time 5.

The clubs AGM will be held on Tuesday 15th November, as usual we will looking for members to come on the committee and help to drive the club forward and promote the club.
Committee Forms will handed out over the next few weeks. Anyone wishing to add anything to the agenda should put it in writing to Mark Jones or Andy Davies at least two weeks before the meeting.
Once again we will be having a vote on whether to take part in the Castles Relay or Man V Horse in 2012.

The first race in the Gwent League Cross Country will be in Bridgend.
Anyone interested should contact Andy Baker or Andy Davies or put your name on here.
The Mens Team will once again compete in the 1st Division.
Our ladies Team are now in Division 3, if we can get the girls to run there is no reason why we cant win the Division.

Despite the heavy rain and rather windy conditions, everyone enjoyed the event. There were 40 Teams.
A big well done to San Domenico who organized the event, in a time where it is getting more and more difficult to arrange quality races.
It is hoped that the organizes of the Rose Inn will take over the event next year and run it along side the popular 4 mile Rose Inn series.
The first leg was 2.05 miles the second and third leg 1.95 miles
We had two Teams one ladies and one mixed, Ceri-Anne run with Kyle and his friend.
