Whilst we are trying to arrange our training sessions before hand, it is very difficult to please everyone, could everyone training please try to keep to the sessions we are putting on the web-site.
It’s important to try and keep the group together as much as possible, with the fartlek the front runners should jog back behind the the back runners.
REMEMBER THE SESSIONS ARE A GUIDE IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT THEN THATS FINE
As the group stays together on the reps Support Runners are only available on the Longer Runs
Tuesday 21st May-Town, Trallwn Down Trail to Cil rugby back via Berw Road 6/8 Mile (fartlek) (COMMITTEE MEETING)
Support Runner- Will Denny if he can walk
Wednesday-Cardiff 5k PB Course
Thursday 23rd May-Club Handicap
No Support Runner
Beginners Session- 4 Mile 1min on 1min off
Support Runners-Will Denny, Nick Pounder, Andy Davies, Dan Saxton, Helen Welch Plus whoever wants to help.
Remember we have dedicated runners to stay back to help runners towards the back so that they wont get lost.
