Well done to everyone who took part in this year races.
Our mens team finished 5th place in Division 1
Our ladies team finished 8th in Division 3
Brian Gough 1st vet 70 in 21.09 and was the overall series winner.
Apologies to Brian for missing him off the Results.
Peter Coles finished 7th overall and 4th vet 40, while Daniel Bodman finished 9th overall and 2nd under 23.
Singleton Park 201 finishers
Daniel Bodman 30th in 31.20, Peter Coles 31st 31.28, Andy Baker 64th 33.44, Rhodri Evans 67th 33.51, Steve Hooper 102nd 35.40.
Vet 70 Men 1st Brian Gough 21.09.

A big well done to everyone who took part especially to Laurence Pole and Fiona Davies who were running their first Gwent Leagues for the club.
With a late withdrawel from Jason Scanlon it was left to Peter Coles and Daniel Bodman to lead the way.
And lead the way Daniel did leading the field for most of the first lap, it wasnt long before Peter closed the gap and going into the final lap peter opened a 20m lead over Daniel.
It looked as if with 200m to go and a 20m gap Daniel would have to settle to finish behind pete, but an incredible 200m sprint saw Daniel just pass pete on the line.
Mens Team-198 finishers
Daniel Bodman 19th 35.56, Peter Coles 20th 35.56, Andy Baker 76th 39.55, Rhodri Evans 78th 40.12, Laurence Pole 145th 44.25, Andy Dunscombe 178th 48.41.

Yes it’s that time again, the Gwent League resumes in just a few weeks at Brecon.
We will once again need everyone to come along and take part.

Well done to everyone who braved the weather.
We had six Roadents taking part. The mens Team were 8th overall and are now 6th in Division 1.
Peter Coles 28th in 39.37, Jason Scanlon 35th in 40.13, Daniel Bodman 38th in 40.30, Rhodri Evans 93rd in 44.15, Andy Dunscombe 200th in 52.53.
A special mention to Brian Gough who ran his first Gwent League in the 70+ category. Brian was 1st vet 70 in 26.50.
Sadly the weather has ended Phil Meylers consecutive running sequence, Phil has done 80 consecutive Gwent League races a fantastic achievement, Well done to Phil.
