The Welsh Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships took place on the 13th December 2009 at Builth Wells.
Congratulations to Peter Coles who finished 4th place in the Masters 40/69 Cat. and was 2nd in the Masters 45 Cat.
Also a big well done to Leigh Hiscox, who has put in some strong performances in the Gwent League this season.
Leigh finished 19th in the Senior Mens Category, always a very strong Category to run in.

The Roadents Mens A Team are 5th in Division 1, while the Roadents Mens B Team are 5th in the B Division.
The Ladies now need to get a Team running in the last two races, to avoid relegation for the second year on the trot, so come on girls, buck up your ideas.
Well done to the Roadents, a good turn out considering the distance, bit of a pity we did not have any Ladies running.
Peter lead the way, followed by Frostie, Jason, Leigh, Steve Pritchard (good run), Sonny (overtook me on the last lap, little sod), Andrew (disappointed with himself), Rhodri, Steve Hooper, Phil Meyler (he’s like a duracell battery, he just keeps going)and Richard Day (welcome to the team, but you must stop talking and concentrate on the running).

Our club takes part in Gwent League Cross Country every year, our mens Team are currently in Division 1 and competing against some of the strongest Teams in the UK.
Our Ladies Team were relegated last season and are currently in Division 2.
