The deadline for the membership prize draw will be the 31st January. So make sure you dont miss out. Carl Edwards has now taken over as membership Sec. and will be approaching members for this years cons.
It can be a bit of a task collecting money from people, whilst it is not the intention to offend anyone, I am sure you will all agree that if some pay it’s only right that everyone should.
So if you want to take advantage of our subsidised events this year make sure you pay your membership.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rob Phillips for all the hard work he has done as membership sec. over the last couple of years and would like to wish him well for the future.
What a great sight to see last night at training. Having not been to club for a few weeks and having to listen to people saying the Roadents are struggling, well I am now in my 23rd year with the club and we had 20+ runners training last night. What a pleasure to see the Doc leading us on the fartlek, running back and supporting the runners towards the back (well done Doc), and there I was after 23 years of fierce rivalry with the legendary Gwyn Lloyd still battling on the reps (I will get you next time).
So to all you runners out there looking for a club to join, you are more than welcome to come along and join in with us.
This years Reverse 10 will take place on the 30th September 2012.
After last years success, this years race will once again take place on the course at Bedlinog.

I have been looking at date’s for our 10 miler this year.
Having searched through race calendars Sunday 3rd June looks like a possibility.
Can anyone think of a reason not to go for this, I welcome comments from anyone out there who may have a view.
I know it’s the weekend of the Welsh Track and Field Championships.
