Good turnout today from the new ponty fell running club.
96 runners Daniel Bodman 10th 1:24:49, Rhodri Evans 32nd 1:35:46, Gwyn Lloyd 36th 1:38:24, Neil Williams 50th 1:41:13, Russell Bown 73rd 1:51:34, Rob Ford 74th 1:51:40.
Next race Sugarloaf Saturday August 14th 1100 £3 on the day 7 miles

The question is is it any good 2000ft up a freezing mountain?can it hold full waterproofs,hat,gloves,energy drinks and maps?if so we will do a deal
