There were 327 finishers

We had one Roadent taking part in this race. Congratulations to Nick Frost who took the long trek to London and came away with 3rd place in the race in 1-15-26.

Nick is now relishing the prospect of turning 50 in a few months time, surely more Welsh Vests beckon in the coming months.

Gwent League 2009/10

After the final event in this years Gwent League the Mens Team have finished 4th in Division 1, this is the highest position for many years.

Well done to all the men who put in a fantastic effort.

Sadly with so many injuries, we have struggled to raise a ladies Team. They have now been relegated to Division 3.

Blaise Castle 208 finishers

First Roadent home was Peter Coles 24th in 35.37, Jason Scanlon came very close behind Pete in 26th 35.42, Andy Baker 68th in 38.36, Rhodri Evans 72nd 39.05, COCO 163rd 45.15, Phil Meyler 167th 46.02,Russel Bown 182nd 47.02.

Congratulations to Stephanie Davies on her 1st Lady to finish in this weeks Cardiff Park run.

Steph took 30 sec’s off her PB, and has now completed 40 park runs.

Our race director has worked hard to ammend the results to everyone’s satisfaction, I can confirm the course was officially measured by a designated person from the Welsh Athletics.
