We had 14 Roadents taking part, Congratulations to Kelly Morgan on winning 1st Lady in the race, also to Brian Gough and Peter Coles on winning their age categories.

So make sure you dont miss out. Carl Edwards has now taken over as membership Sec. and will be approaching members for this years cons.

It can be a bit of a task collecting money from people, whilst it is not the intention to offend anyone,  I am sure you will all agree that if some pay it’s only right that everyone should.    

So if you want to take advantage of our subsidised events  this year make sure  you pay your membership.

Having not been to club for a few weeks and having to listen to people saying the Roadents are struggling, well I am now in my 23rd year with the club and we had 20+ runners training last night. What a pleasure to see the Doc leading us on the fartlek, running back and supporting the runners towards the back (well done Doc), and there I was after 23 years of fierce rivalry with the legendary Gwyn Lloyd still battling on the reps (I will get you next time).
So to all you runners out there looking for a club to join, you are more than welcome to come along and join in with us.

HAYTOR HELLER 6 MILE OFF ROAD

There is an off road race in Dartmoor on the 21st July.

Entries will need to be sent soon, as the race reached it’s limit early in 2010 and 2011. 

If there is enough interest we may make it a Club weekend.
