There were 200 Finishers. We had four Roadents taking part.

Another cracking run from Steve Pritchard finishing 4th in a new pb of 16.57.

Laurence Pole 57th 21.37 another pb.

Andy Davies 80th 23.03, Stephanie davies 86th 23.28 4th Lady.

Well done to all the runners who came along to support the event.

We had four Teams taking part.

Congratulations on our Ladies Team who were 12th overall and came 1st Ladies Team Stephanie Davies 6.24, Debbie Jones 7.21 and Ceri-Anne Davies 6.23.

Our Mens A Team were 2nd overall Daniel Bodman 5.01, Leigh Hiscox 5.10, and Peter Coles 5.06.

Our Mens B Team 6th overall Jason Scanlon 5.12, Steve Hooper 5.29, and Laurence Pope 6.17.

Our mixed Team 12th overall were Rhian Durham 7.31, Andy Davies 6.46, and Daniel Bodman 5.47.

A big well done to Jason 5.25 and his family Team and Kyle Davies 6.55 and his friends who were 1st junior Team

Good results again for the Rats on a showery summer evening.

Steve P 17.02, Steve H 17.47, Kelly 2nd female 18.50 pb, Dean Birt 20.47 and an unofficial time of 16.57 for Lee ‘Pit Stop’ Hiscox if only he could make it all the way around in one go.

Steve H also picked up the series prize for the vet40 category.

Well done all.

52 runners 3rd Jason Scanlon 1:37.29 1st senior man, 4th Nick Frost 1:39:12 1st vet 50.

Good turnout today from the new ponty fell running club.

96 runners Daniel Bodman 10th 1:24:49, Rhodri Evans 32nd 1:35:46, Gwyn Lloyd 36th 1:38:24, Neil Williams 50th 1:41:13, Russell Bown 73rd 1:51:34, Rob Ford 74th 1:51:40.

Next race Sugarloaf Saturday August 14th 1100 £3 on the day 7 miles

Swansea Bay 5k Race 3 13th July 2010

There were 361 finishers and we had two Roadents taking part.

Nick Frost had his first outing as a Vet 50 and was pushed hard all the way, despite this, Nick was not only the 1st Vet 50 but beat all the Vets in the Race.

Nick was 8th in the race in a time of 17.10

Andy Dunscombe was also running finishing in 143rd 22.47.

Transcendence 3×1 mile Relay 23rd July 2010

Our next club event will be the 3×1 mile Relay on Friday the 23rd July 7pm/8pm. (Blackweir) Cardiff.

This is a real fun event for everyone to take part in, so what ever pace your running come along and join in.

As I am away next week It’s important you leave your name so that I can put the Teams together.

Lets see if we can beat last years total Teams, See you all on the night Andy D.
