Steph took 30 sec’s off her PB, and has now completed 40 park runs.

Stephanie Davies 34th in 21.55 and 1st lady to finish.

Our race director has worked hard to ammend the results to everyone’s satisfaction, I can confirm the course was officially measured by a designated person from the Welsh Athletics.

Cardiff parkrun Female Points Table 2009

In the points competition we are now using the new system that allows you to collect the top score of 100 pts on a maximum of 3 occasions for Volunteering. That means in the Ladies Competition Steph Davies (Pontypridd Roadents) has an unassailable 221 pts lead over Eirian Arwyn (Les Croupiers). While in the Men’s top spot is held by Glyn Sansom (San Domenico) who leads by 903 pts over Phil Bristow (San Domenico).With just one more week left in this years Cardiff Park Run series, Stephanie Davies has been confirmed as the winner of the Ladies Points League.

Stephanies total points so far of 3069 can not be beaten with just one run to go.

With over 500 ladies taking part this year this is a great achievement.

Eirian Arwyn 2848 points of Les Croupiers is second and Jen Salter 2272 points also of Les Croupiers third
