Gwent League:
Sunday 11 Oct 2015 – Newbridge Fields, Bridgend…
Sunday 8 Nov 2015 – Llandaff Fields, Cardiff
Saturday 5 Dec 2015 – Blaise Castle, Bristol
Weekend 13/14 Feb 2016 – Abergavenny (TBC)
Saturday 5 Mar 2016 – Brecon Leisure Centre, Penlan(TBC)
British athletics cross challenge – Bute Park Cardiff – Sunday 24th Jan 2016
Another sterling performance from the club especially from the ladies.
Notable achievements were:-
Elaine 8th overall in the senior ladies narrowly beating Clara who was 9th
Peter Coles 2nd VET 50 and Sam Richards 20th Senior Men
Well done to all the other runners who have run in any or all of the other races as this has
meant that both the Men and Ladies Teams were both promoted and the club is on the way
back to where we belong.
