Brian Gough took part in the Vet 70 Category
Jay Goulding led the way for the Men with a very strong run on his first outing for the club in a few years.
Peter Coles was next and managed to secure selection to run for Wales.
Others running were Rhodri Evans, Sam Ryall, Andy Baker, Laurence Pole, Carl Edwards, Huw Durham, Andy Davies and Paul Graham.
A depleted ladies Team put in a strong performance with Jan Edwards, Fiona Davies and Rhian Durham taking part in her first Cross Country despite a number of years with the club.
