Posted on Jun 11, 2012 under Club Handicap Races | 9 Comments

Our June Handicap race will take place on the 21st June 2012.

Andy Baker will be doing the results at the finish.

Whilst it is difficult during these months to avoid clashing with local races, dont forget if you decide not to run it as a race there are still seven races left, with your best five scores to count.

Below are previous results.

Cheers rhod. Did my first session with the group this morning. I was last in every rep and we did 6x400m with 20secs rest and I averaged around 77secs then 30 secs rest then 4x400m with 30secs rest averaged 76secs (by this time I was shot)…. Hard effort on such short rests, then we had 3 mins and did 2x400m and did 66secs then 67.5. Then 5mins rest and 2x100m flat out with walk back recovery. Killed me and made a change being right at the back in a group of 15!! Lead guys miles ahead, stuck with back runners until the last 2x400m they were doing 63secs. I should improve doing sessions like that!
