Jason Scanlon ‘s run for Wales

Jason has been selected to run for Wales in the 100km (60 mile) Anglo Plate tomorrow (Sunday 22nd July 2012) in Newport
We are very proud of his selection and i am sure you will all Join me in wishing Jason Good Luck

    the rats triumph again across the bridge in the haytor heller. nick frost 8th in 47 09, [1st vet 50], justin phillips 23rd in49 04 and gwyn lloyd 54th in 54 22 [1st vet 55]. there were 257 finishers.
