Well done to Jason Scanlon 3rd in 35.21 followed by Nick Frost 5th 35.56, Kelly Morgan 38th and breaking the 40 minute barrier for the first time in 39.56. and Rhodri Evans 39th in 39.59.

Lets not forget well done to ‘Nicola Frost’. First female and first female vet 45-54! At least he finally got a bottle, there would have been murders otherwise!!!!!!
