We had 29 runners taking part this month, a new coure record was set by Daniel Bodman who finished in 29.24, Peter Coles put in an excellent run to record yet another sub 30 run in 29.38.
The top honours went to Sophie Hedges who has been improving over the last month, Sophie finished in 42.58 to take her first win.
