how far ahead of frosty do i start? not 100% sure if i can make this, depends how much exam revision i get done before hand! depending on the date of the next one….this could be my last

my legs have been feeling shattered since that long run sunday! they were tired monday and last night, just done a steady 5 miles this morning and that felt awful too! i’m going to be all on my own too, no rhod, justin or frosty! see you all there.
