There really was a guy running that looked like u rhodri…we all shouted for him before we realised it wasn’t u!!!

is anyone going training or for a curry tonight .i went running today and it was ok

working tonight.did a run on caerphilly mountain earlier and it was hard work in some places,some parts the snow was nearly up to my knees!im not sure if any races will be on this weekend.
