Rack Raid Relays May 27th 2012

Here is the list of runners so far, if you can run and your not on the list please let Andy D know ASAP. 07960452657

The first three legs are covered by runners going up early in the car, at the moment myself, Steph, Gwyn Lloyd, Paul Williams and Anthony Cullnaine will be going up. We need one more runner to come up with us. If anyone in the Ponty area fancies driving their car upto the early legs please let me know.

    do i have to run one of the long ones?!? are they easy to navigate….similar thing like this back home called test way relay, very easy to get lost as it’s mix on road/off road. is this all road?

    I am hoping Nick Frost will run Ross, at the moment your on an 8 mile leg.
    Most legs have some tough hills on them, dont worry they are all on the road and there are marshals on route.

    put me down for last leg andy.someone will have to drive my car to finish otherwise its a 5.5m warm down for me!
