Peter Coles 1st Vet 4th in 21.41, Ross Fripp 9th 22.30, Nick Frost 1st Vet 50 13th 22.43, Rhodri Evans 25th 24.08, Phil Meyler 32nd 24.44, Andy Davies 86th 27.56, Justin Jones 97th 28.39.

Nick wouldn’t just let you beat him Ross, you must of worked hard, Nick was only 13 secs off the course record for the vet 50 category..

thanks andy, was really chuffed with the time, all the hard work paying off as i’ve been training really hard lately and 6 times a week. hope you’re doing ok.

Well done everyone excellent times I’m seeing chiropracter tomorrow hope to get my ankle/foot injury sorted
