This is one that has been going for years,some how I have never done it.
Now I know why !!! If the first two miles of hills dont get you, then the chances are your legs will buckle on the last two miles of down hill.
Having said that, Scenic is the word,there are fantastic views across the valley when you reach the top.
There were 106 Runners with 2 Roadents taking part.
Dean Burt 39th in 52.19, Andy Davies 50th in 54.24.
