Here we have a list of start times for the Handicap this Thursday, they are subject to change, as you will all appreciate it is difficult to anticipate actual finishing times. If we do not have a time to work on for you, then you will be penalised at the start,this is only fair to the runners we can get an average pace for.

We had 14 Roadents taking part, Congratulations to Kelly Morgan on winning 1st Lady in the race, also to Brian Gough and Peter Coles on winning their age categories.
There were 534 finishers
There was also good support from Jason, Jan and Dean…

We had seven Roadents taking part.
Peter Coles 43rd in 34.19, Jason Scanlon 46th in 34.39, Andrew Baker 85th 37.16, Phil Meyler 253rd 43.26, Andy Dunscombe 339th 45.09, Dean Birt 359th 45.32, Helen Welch 1540th 59.05.
Well done to Helen on a great pb and running 4 minutes quicker than last week. A fine run by the new lady running on Frosty’s number.

Well done to Lliswerry on another great run, nice to see a quality Tech T-Shirt.
For some reason Brian Gough is not showing in the results, Despite this Brain finished just behind Dean in 56 minutes, a great result at the young age of 70.
There were 430 finishers and we had 17 Roadents taking part.

A fantastic turn out by the club, showing we are still one of the best in Wales.

Well done to everyone who braved the weather.
We had six Roadents taking part. The mens Team were 8th overall and are now 6th in Division 1.
Peter Coles 28th in 39.37, Jason Scanlon 35th in 40.13, Daniel Bodman 38th in 40.30, Rhodri Evans 93rd in 44.15, Andy Dunscombe 200th in 52.53.
A special mention to Brian Gough who ran his first Gwent League in the 70+ category. Brian was 1st vet 70 in 26.50.
Sadly the weather has ended Phil Meylers consecutive running sequence, Phil has done 80 consecutive Gwent League races a fantastic achievement, Well done to Phil.
