SUNDAYS RACE – STAFFING & MARSHALLS

the course for the water station and marked the course. Suggestion for marshalls bring a
camping chair if you have one, as it beats standing for 1-2 hours.Can all members please try
to attend if possible either to run or perform the many tasks that need to be done to operate
an event. See you all tomorrow, can marshalls please be there by 9.30 Thanks everybody Andrew

I know this is going to get more and more popular as time goes by it’s a lovely yet challenging course, even i (who hates hills) likes this course.Hope everyone has a great time

I managed to dislocate a rib at the gym on Monday so I’m a bit too tender to run (actually I’m a bit too tender for anything but my kids wont give me any respite). Good luck those who ate racing.

Hi Pontypridd Roadents,
Thanks for a great race and a friendly day. Marshals, officials and members all made us feel welcome. Also enjoyed drink in club after and presentation. Will definitely come to your races again.
