Training at Aberdare Track On Monday Evenings

John Hiscox has put together Schedules for us to follow, he will be up the track to monitor our times on the reps work permitting.
This week we did 16×400m reps with 1 minute recovery.
Next week we will be doing a pyramid session.
Whilst the sessions are hard,if your series about your running, make sure you come along and give them a go.
