Whilst we are trying to arrange our training sessions before hand, it is very difficult to please everyone, could everyone training please try to keep to the sessions we are putting on the web-site.
It’s important to try and keep the group together as much as possible, with the fartlek the front runners should jog back behind the the back runners.
REMEMBER THE SESSIONS ARE A GUIDE IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT THEN THATS FINE
As the group stays together on the reps Support Runners are only available on the Longer Runs
All Training Sessions now start at 7pm apart from the Track which remains at 6.30pm
Monday 17th March- Bargoed Track- 3x1m reps 3mins recovery
Tuesday 18th March- TonTeg Lights
Thursday 20th March- 6x1k reps 2mins recovery 7.15pm Start
Beginners Session 4 mile approx. 6.30pm start
