Bargoed track session Monday 10th feb
5 X 1Km reps with 2 minute recovery
Tuesday 11th feb
Jog over from Hopkinstown cricket club to Goods yard car park Pontypridd then 30 minute tag speed session and jog back to cricket club.
Thursday 13th February
Approx 6 mile fartlek run via zig zag route, for more experienced runners split into group ability and faster runners jog to the back of slower runners on recovery
Slower runners or runners wanting less mileage approx 4 mile session fartlek session to Taffs Wells rugby club and back split into groups of ability again with the faster runners in the group jogging to the back of the group on recovery.
